The Department of Commerce, Management initiated at VPIMSR, Sangli right from its foundation is dedicated to providing students with a robust foundation in commerce, finance, and business management. It prepares students for Industry 4.0 through world-class internship opportunities.

With a team of experienced faculty members who bring both academic expertise and industry insights, students gain practical insights into various aspects of commerce, finance, and business administration.

Commerce Stream

Management Stream

ICT-enabled Classrooms: The Institute has distinct classrooms well equipped with the latest configuration for imparting quality education to enhance critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
Central Library: The Institute's central library is fully automated with KOHA software to provide access to its printed resources such as books, journals, major-minor projects, electronic journals, and online databases to its faculty and students.
Seminar Hall: A commodious and completely equipped seminar hall with a seating capacity of 200 students, multimedia projector, digital board, and air conditioning. It hosts various events such as guest lectures, workshops, and seminars.
Field / Industrial Visits: The institute organizes field and industrial visits to provide students with practical insights into different organizational functions like Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.
Management Laboratory: Equipped with management games that allow students to experience real-world decisions and enhance their management skills.
Language Laboratory: The lab helps students enhance their English language skills, communication skills, and soft skills using audio-visual equipment.
Intra-Collegiate/Inter-collegiate Competitions: The institute organizes various competitions to encourage students to showcase their academic, athletic, and extracurricular skills.
